Experienced Cleaner

We specialize in various cleaning services, including end of lease cleans, regular house cleaning, and construction site cleans. We are seeking a meticulous and reliable cleaner and housekeeper to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End of Lease Cleans**: Thoroughly clean properties to meet real estate and tenant standards for end-of-lease requirements. This includes deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- **Regular House Cleaning**: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy home environment.
- **Construction Cleans**: Clean newly constructed or renovated properties, ensuring all dust, debris, and construction residues are removed and the property is ready for occupancy.

**Requirements**:

- **Tax File Number (TFN)**: Must possess a valid TFN.
- **Own Car**: Reliable transportation is essential for traveling to various job sites.
- **Driver's License**: A valid driver's license is required.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning and housekeeping experience is mandatory.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- **Time Management**: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- **Own Equipment**: Preferred but not necessary
- **White Card**: For work on constructions sites a white card is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with eco-friendly cleaning products and methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
