**About the role**: This role is suitable for a mature and experienced cleaner who is a cleaner by trade. Minimal experience in the industry is 5 years. Most of the work involves cleaning, driving and inspecting sites between 3:00 PM and midnight during working days. The position is Full Time with an initial 3-6 month probationary period. Our company wants someone who is willing to grow with the company and expand their skills and knowledge. This position can lead to higher supervisorial positions that involve less cleaning and more managerial work.

**Our Company**: We are a commercial cleaning company, specialising in after hour contract cleaning. Based in Parramatta.

**Work Hours**: 38 hours per week, weekdays between 3:00pm - 12:00pm.

- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have Vaccination Certificate
- Will be required to get Working with Children Check

**Wage**: $60,000/yearly.

**Employee Classification**: Cleaning Service Employee Level Three (CSE 3)

**Position Description**:

- Filling in for absent staff (Sydney wide)
- Driving to different sites (Sydney wide) with company vehicle (or own vehicle) to do cleaning inspections, train staff, perform cleaning tasks or resupply store rooms.
- Perform specialised cleaning tasks (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure cleaning, etc.)
- Writing cleaning inspection reports.
- Organizing cleans, schedules, meetings and rosters.
- Communicating with clients.
- Dealing with complaints.
- Have a knowledge of the employer’s operation.
- Induct and train staff on work sites, showing them proper cleaning techniques in both general and specialised cleaning tasks.
- Checking stock levels and ordering material.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
