WesTrac is seeking a dedicated **Talent Acquisition Advisor** to join our Resourcing Solutions team in revolutionising and supporting our hiring strategies.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

**What You'll Do**:

- **Innovate Recruitment**:Design and implement cutting-edge strategies, leveraging data analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- **Collaborate & Align**:Work closely with People and Culture, Hiring Managers, and leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with business goals and boost our employer brand with marketing.
- **Network & Promote**:Represent WesTrac at expos and career events, building our brand and talent pool
- **Mentor & Coach**: Guide the Recruitment Solutions Team on best practices and proactive searching.
- **Report & Analyse**:Provide insightful reports and trend analysis to senior management.
- **Global Sourcing**:Support international sourcing strategies and manage our talent pipeline.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Demonstrated experience in a senior talent acquisition role, with a focus on scaling hiring strategies (local, nationally and global).
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence across all levels
- Self-driven with the ability to think strategically and implement tactfully
- Proven experience utilising data and trends to influence future recruitment needs.
- Strong organisation and time management skills along with exceptional attention to detail
