**About the role**
As our Content and Social Media Specialist, you will oversee, develop and facilitate creative content production for our brand. You will help develop, implement and manage our social media content for distribution on all our platforms.
**Duties**
- Provide specialist advice to content teams and assist with development and execution of creative social content ideas
- Actively develop and publish content and moderate all social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn (and other emerging platforms)
- Facilitate and coordinate the production of Client and Staff stories including story ideas, information gathering, call sheets and location logistics.
- Be first point of contact for production crew for shoots, liaise with internal and external stakeholders and be available post shoot for production to review content / gather transcripts / create content production process for distribution across our channels

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualification in marketing/ communications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, content creation and social media experience
- Solid understanding of the Social Media environment, analytics, reporting and trends
- Strong customer service focus with the desire to make the experience better for the organisation and audience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
- Great attention to detail and excellent time management
