Support Worker

Home Caring Brisbane City are an NDIS registered provider who pride themselves on delivering person centred care services to NDIS participants.

We are seeking a team of _**Female**_ Support Workers to care for a 19 year old NDIS Participant who lives in the Durack area. This Participant will require quality care to be provided 7 days/ per week
- Monday - Friday: 3pm - 12am
- Saturday - Sunday: 5pm - 12am

Support workers will need to have a kind & caring nature, be consistent, have great communication skills, and the ability to work within a family environment.

The Support team will be required to assist with:

- In home personal care (personal hygiene, bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Constant observation & attentiveness
- Medication administration

- A genuine passion for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances
- A positive attitude strongly based in compassion and resilience, a sense of humour, and ongoing accountability
- Qualification in Disability Care or equivalent experience
- Positive NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card/Blue Card)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Drivers License and access to reliable, insured vehicle
- The right to work in Australia
- Covid 19 vaccination certificate

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift

Supplementary Pay:
