We are a American BBQ Catering company who will be trading at the Melbourne Royal Show.

We are on the hunt for that BBQ Pitmaster Rockstar who has experience either in Events or American BBQ and wants to make some good money over 11 days.

The role will be second in charge to our legend who is running the site.

Knowledge on running a smoker and cooking a great brisket is important, but most important is experience with running teams, working under pressure in a fast paced environment and projecting stock levels.

This will be long hours but a great opportunity to put some $$$ in the pocket.

This is a large festival and a great fun working environment.

The role runs from **Tues 24th Sept to Sun 6th Oct**

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 14 days

Pay: $21.88 - $49.42 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 60 per week

Work Location: In person
