Catering Manager

ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group, partnering with major companies throughout the resources sector. Due to anticipated growth, we are seeking an experienced Catering Manager, to work across our Snowy Hydro Project in NSW, overseeing our catering service across 4 villages.

**The Position**
- Ensuring compliance with all catering requirements
- Driving regular and sustainable improvement in our catering performance
- Conducting regular interactions with all levels throughout our 4 villages
- On the ground support to all Head Chefs throughout our portfolio
- Training and development of identified talent within the project
- Ensure we deliver high quality catering and support services to our client
- Fostering a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
- Implementing new food processes and procedures across the project

**The Person**
- Experience in Site Based Chef positions across high-volume environments
- Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to engage stakeholders
- Ability to identify and implement new innovations within the catering management space
- Experience introducing new operating methods, effectively bringing people along the journey.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships, throughout large organisations

A 14:7 roster, this position is FIFO from Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne. Your passion for exceptional customer service, genuine commitment to safety and strong people management skills are essential for you to succeed in this role.
