**KU Kintaiba**is a 59-place Long Day Care service nestled in the peaceful bushland setting of the University of Newcastle campus. Surrounded by native flora and birdsong, our centre offers a rare blend of tranquillity and inspiration, a place where children and educators alike are encouraged to explore, connect, and grow.

Our purpose-built, architecturally designed facility includes four bright, spacious rooms tailored to support children aged from birth to 5 years. Each space is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and connection through play and inquiry-based learning.

Operating Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, KU Kintaiba provides a supportive, inclusive environment where educators are truly valued. **The Role**

We are looking for a **Diploma Qualified**educator to join the team on a permanent full-time basis 8 hours a day on Wednesday to Friday.

**Of course, you will need**:

- Relevant experience
- An ACCEQA recognised Diploma in Early Childhood,
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children,
- Current Working with Children Check
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
