- 261053Our client is a dynamic and innovative company with a global presence, specialising in mining and infrastructure solution. The organisation is seeking an experienced** IT Project Coordinator** for a **3 month contract**.

As a Full-time **IT Project Coordinator**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global team by facilitating meetings, managing agendas, and ensuring effective communication among internal and external stakeholders.

This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and managing logistics.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and compile comprehensive agendas.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure action items are addressed in a timely manner.
- Manage change requests and updates to project documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support project initiatives.

**Key Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience in a project coordination or similar role.
- Ability to understand technical terminology related to IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
