**Cert III Racecourse Curator / Track Management & Maintenance - 2-Year Traineeship**

Racing NSW is offering a fantastic opportunity for jobseekers to launch a career in the thoroughbred racing industry through a 2-year Traineeship in Cert III Racecourse Curator / Track Management & Maintenance.

As part of this traineeship, successful applicants will gain hands-on experience working alongside industry experts to manage and maintain racecourse surfaces, training tracks, and facilities across NSW.

**What You Will Learn**:

- Operate machinery and equipment
- Renovate turf racing surfaces
- Assist with race meeting track maintenance
- Operate pressurised irrigation systems
- Provide information on plants and their culture
- Control weeds, plant pests, diseases, and disorders

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A current driver’s license

**Traineeship Locations**:
Opportunities are available at **Albury, Armidale, Grafton, Dubbo, Gosford, Goulburn, Wagga Wagga, Muswellbrook, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Scone, Tamworth, and Wyong.**
