**Salary**: up to $80K for the full-time position

Position Offers:

- Option 1 (Part-Time): Willing to consider two separate nannies, one for mornings and one for afternoons to suit individual availability and lifestyle.
- Option 2 (Full-Time): One nanny covering both shifts in a split schedule, with an annual salary of approx. $80k with super + entitlements.
- A pet dog is in the home
- Prefers a nanny who knows how to swim
- Driving may be required, with a car preferred

understanding and a proactive mindset. A nanny who can help keep things fun, structured, and supportive, and who naturally becomes a trusted, consistent presence in the home, will thrive in this role.

The nanny’s day begins with preparing lunchboxes and breakfast, getting the children dressed for school, and taking the youngest to daycare, while the older children walk to school. In the afternoon, the nanny will collect the children, support with homework, facilitate playtime, and assist with the evening and bedtime routines.

While the children are at school, the nanny will help with child-related household tasks such as laundry, tidying, dinner preparation, and managing the children’s belongings and schedule. Evening responsibilities include resetting the home for the next day, tidying after dinner, and ensuring a smooth, calm end to the day. Mum is typically home and involved during both the morning and evening routines.

The right person will be comfortable stepping into a co-parenting dynamic, working side by side with Mum as a capable and trusted support for the children. This is a family that values emotional intelligence, clear communication, and mutual respect.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Organising and planning creative, engaging and educational activities
- Building a strong relationship with the children
- Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment
- Managing child-related and household chores
- School drop-off and pick-up
- Maintaining all aspects of the care routine for the child

To apply, you MUST have the following experience, attitude, and qualifications:

- Must know how to swim
- A full, valid driver’s license
- A minimum of 3+ years of full-time experience working with children in Australia
- A minimum of 2 Australian-based child-related references
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current National Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Excellent communication and English skills

Pay: $35.00 per hour
