**Your part in our BlueCare team**

**Working under the supervision of our Senior Allied Health Professionals, you will support the team with the delivery of Allied Health services, individual and group programs as well as entering new referrals and client data into our client records system.**:
**This is a great opportunity for those working towards a career as an Allied Health Professional. You will**:

- Provide quality client care under the clinical supervision of an Allied Health Professional,
- Assist in the implementation of client care plans and programmes both individualised and group,
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals such as GPs & nurses to ensure specific care plans are formulated and monitored,
- Identify and report client circumstances that require additional input from our Allied Health Professionals,
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of equipment and resources required for services & programme delivery, monitor, order and distribute offices supplies
- Provide administrative support as requested
- Address enquiries efficiently and effectively providing accurate information within the scope of the position or coordinating messages and referral to relevant staff,

- Cert III, Cert IV or equivalent in Allied Health Assistance, or another relevant field
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build great relationships,
- Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team,
- Demonstrated understanding of client centred care services delivery for clients with long term health conditions, aged and people with disabilities,
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads,
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Current Australian drivers licence and roadworthy registered vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID Vaccinations
