Finnish Early Childhood Education (Charlotte) Pty Ltd is an unprecedented education group aiming to deliver Australian children a unique early childhood education by blending both Finnish and Australian early childhood education concepts together. **About the role**

**_HEI Schools Charlotte Early Education Centre_** is one of the centres under this family. We are seeking talented and motivated diploma and certificate III qualified educators who will support our team in creating an educational program that caters to the individual needs of the children. These roles are immediate positions with a strong induction program about our Finnish Teaching Program.

You will work alongside others to provide a learning environment that is safe, welcoming, and challenging for all children and their families.

You have the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of the service, from documenting children's learning journey to collaborating with the team on innovative projects.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: _
- Complete documentation and daily records.
- Build respectful and meaningful relationships with children, educators and families.
- Develop and participate in the implementation of curriculum and education programs.
- Provide support and feedback to the room leaders.
- Ensure the children’s room is clean and safe for children and educators.
- Utilize state of the art education Apps to provide feedback to parents regarding the learning of their children in our centre.

**Skills and experience**:

- Must have a Diploma or Certificate III in Children's Services or working towards (for educators).
- Must have a current QLD Blue card.
- Valid first aid certificate.
- Previous experience working in an early childhood service.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and National Framework.
- Demonstrate ability to complete documentation and daily records with excellent written communication skills.
- Develop an educational program catering to the needs of the children.
- Ability to build respectful and meaningful relationships with children, educators and families.
- Current knowledge of Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.
- Must be COVID-19 vaccinated in accordance with Government requirements.

Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
