**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Help skilled tradespeople with their duties as needed.
- Perform general site clean-up and maintenance.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.
- Adhere to all company and industry safety regulations and standards.
- Support with setting up and taking down temporary structures such as scaffolding.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- White Card - REQUIRED
- Drivers License
