**About the Home**

Montclaire offers all levels of respite, permanent and palliative care. Our extra service home is a unique, elegant aged care residence within an outstanding heritage listed building where residents relax and enjoy the quaint, peaceful garden courtyards and a variety of intimate sitting areas. Known to the local Brighton area as a historic treasure, the boutique style home is a community in itself.

**About the Opportunity**

We are actively seeking experienced & dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for you to further expand your skill set in a supportive & structured environment, whilst gaining job satisfaction.

**About You**
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Personal Care Worker
- Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with residents, families and team members
