Join our client, a rapidly expanding international freight forwarding company listed on the ASX. With a presence in eight locations across Australia and a global footprint in New Zealand, China, Singapore, and the USA, they are a licensed customs broker equipped with custom bonded warehouses.

Due to growth, our client is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor or a dedicated team leader to join their team

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Management: Supervise staff, handle workloads, manage rosters, ensure compliance with regulations.
Quarantine & Customs: Take responsibility for warehouse management related to quarantine and customs.
Licensed Depot: Manage and maintain a licensed depot (S77G).
ABF/Quarantine Liaison: Act as a focal contact for inspections and communication with ABF/Quarantine.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including accurate scanning and labeling of goods.
Freight Management: Manage inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate deliveries.
Unloading Operations: Lead the unloading of freight from various transport carriers and sea freight containers.
Forklift Operations: Perform forklift operations with a valid current forklift license.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to legislation and guidelines.
Task Completion: Execute tasks according to timelines and procedures.
Warehouse Environment: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse in line with WHS standards and policies.
Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between senior managers and warehouse staff.
Additional Tasks: Undertake other reasonable tasks as required by management.

Skills/Experience Required:

- Current Forklift License (Essential)
- Strong warehouse and operational experience
- S77G Depot experience (Desirable)
- Strong compliance knowledge (Especially ABF and Quarantine)
- Good leadership skills with the ability to delegate
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Have flexibility to work on weekends on occasion (on a shift rotation)
- Computer knowledge/proficiency (Desirable)

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
