MindChamps is listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX: CNE) and operates 85 childcare centres internationally. In Australia, it currently operates 21 centres in Sydney and has an aggressive growth plan to build on its successes to date. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators for permanent opportunities at our centres in Lane Cove, NSW. As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will be to: - Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, - Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service - Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators - Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents What we are looking for - A completed Certificate 3 or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent) - Current/Valid Working With Children’s Check (WWC) and relevant First Aid Certificates - Previous working experience in Early Childhood Education - Excellent communication and classroom management skills - The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team - A love for children and a desire to make childcare a long-term career - Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care Why work for MindChamps?
