**Your next opportunity**:
Our team has grown rapidly this year, and we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Headhunter to join us on a full-time basis from our Global Head Office in Milton, Brisbane or from our central office on Lonsdale Street in Melbourne

**Who we are looking for**:
You ideally have a background in talent acquisition, insider recruitment specialist or customer-centric service industry. You value the importance of building relationships with people and have a passion for helping people achieve their career goals.

You will possess the unique skill of understanding the art and science of digital headhunting to target talented professionals using a variety of platforms to effectively network, target the right audience, create content and build trusting relationships; whilst comprehending organisational needs and desired skill sets to match capabilities and help organisations succeed.

As our Digital Headhunter, you will possess the following skills:

- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Great relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable using a variety of networking platforms
