As a ZARA Head Cashier, you are based in the center of the action - the store You are leading the cashier’s team within the store across all departments; and ensure our customers receive the highest quality level of service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Leading and motivating cashier team within the store in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
- Driving sales and achieving KPI's for your department
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products and promotions including awareness of new arrivals, best sellers and offering alternatives
- Taking primary responsibility for till operations and security within the store and driving excellent customer service at the cash desk
- Investigating, reporting and resolving discrepancies
- Planning and managing the rosters for the cashier team
- Engaging with relevant training and development of the team (as directed by management)

**Skills and Experience**
- 3 or more years’ experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- A minimum of 2 years cash handling & POS experience
- Flexible availability to work throughout the week and weekends
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
- The ability to motivate and train future ZARA leaders

- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
- POS: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Fashion retail: 2 years (required)
