As a Catering Manager at Acacia Prison, you will play a key role in managing the catering operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritional meals. Your leadership will drive the efficient running of the catering department while maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards. To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Relevant qualifications in professional cooking, such as a Diploma in Food Preparation & Cooking or National Certificate in Hospitality Level 4.
- Proven experience in large-scale catering and team management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to working in a socially diverse environment and supporting the rehabilitation of offenders.
