**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Sentence Management Coordinator, the Sentence Management Administrator is responsible for ensuring ensuring that all prisoner reports in relation to security rating, individual management plans, transfers and parole are accurately prepared and maintained.

**What you’ll be doing**

Acacia Prison is one of the largest prisons in Australia, accommodating 1,520 male medium-security prisoners located in Wooroloo, WA: about an hour drive from Perth.

We take pride in our prisoner rehabilitation programs, safety record, service delivery to our customers and our pro-social learning environment.

As The Sentence Management Administrator, you will have daily interactions with prisoners and custodial staff and requires initiative in information gathering and seeking clarification where needed whilst being non-judgemental.

**Your ideal skills & experience**

**Experience**
- Experience in administration and report writing
- Experience using MS Office to prepare high quality written documentation
- Experience working within a compliance focused administration position

**Knowledge**
- Cultural awareness including understanding the impact and management of different ethnic backgrounds, customs and contemporary issues.

This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes federal police check as an essential selection component for this role.
