Our **Team Downer**business unit delivers professional services to Defence. Team Downer collaborates with clients across the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) and the National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG) to help them achieve their mission.

We are actively seeking experienced professionals across commercial management, procurement, contracting, and tender development to support high profile Defence programs.
- You bring expertise in developing and executing procurement strategies, managing sourcing activities, and ensuring compliance with Commonwealth frameworks.
- You are confident leading end to end procurement processes including tender planning, contract negotiations, evaluation, and supplier engagement.
- Your background includes supporting contract development, risk mitigation, and commercial governance to enable value driven program delivery.
- You work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and industry partners to align commercial approaches with capability outcomes and strategic objectives.
- As we are a business that supports Defence, we need you to be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a AGSVA Security Clearance - minimum NV1. _
- Compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be necessary. In some cases, this may impose restrictions on individuals with dual nationality, permanent residency, or former nationality of specific countries as outlined in ITAR 126.1. _
