We are looking for experienced, outgoing, energetic hospitality management star to work with amazing and iconic venues in Sydney.

**Job Type**:Full Time / Permanent

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Position Title**:Venue Manager

**What they are looking for**:

- Has experience and knowledge in managing a hospitality business
- Must be authorised to work in Australia
- Experience with business level task like staff shift allocation, opening a new venue, operations management, staff hiring, staff training, profit & loss, costings, etc.
- Able to utilise the computer for reports, documents, systems. etc.
- Has the right positive attitude, flexible, problem solver, and team player
- Strong knowledge on quality safety and service standards
- Can organise and multi-task in a fast paced environment

**About the job**:

- Run a shift and manage high volume restaurant and bar
- Hire, lead and train a dynamic and motivated team
- Report maintenance, hygiene and, and hazard issues
- Oversee whole operations like logistics, stocks, staff rotations, costings etc.
- Knowledge in profit & loss, maximise income generation for the business
- Work with senior level / group level management
