**About the role**
QIC's established Real Estate Tenancy Delivery team in Melbourne are seeking an Assistant Tenancy Delivery Manager to join us on a 24 month contract to bolster our wider Delivery team and work on some current and upcoming exciting projects.
The Assistant Tenancy Delivery Manager is responsible for assisting the tenancy delivery process for all retail tenants within allocated shopping centres and projects to ensure tenancies are delivered in a quality and timely manner and in line with the approved design, delivery, leasing and financial specifications.
Role accountabilities include but are not limited to;
- Manage the review and interpretation of technical and design drawings, and specifications, including scale plans, shopfront design, lighting graphics, joinery and finishes, architectural, structural and service drawings.
- Oversee the defect and rectification management process through to final inspections.
- Oversee the cost estimates process for Lessor works.
- Manage the preparation of all subcontractor’s tender documentation.
- Ensure milestone dates are achieved for all works relating to the tenancy delivery and ensure agreed opening dates are achieved.
- Conduct inspections on tenancy fitout milestones including pre-commencement, throughout delivery and after fitout.
- Attend and facilitate tenancy design and delivery meetings, site meetings, design and technical meetings, project meetings, Centre Management & Leasing meetings and take minutes where required.
- Assist the Leasing teams with respect to attending client meetings, arranging for preparation of sketch plans, providing cost estimates and cost planning for any given lease deal.
- Report on variation costs, Lessor works, works investigations, defects and completed projects.
- Manage workflow and communications between property management, leasing and property operations stakeholders relating to all aspects of the tenancy design and delivery process.

**About you**
- Qualification in relevant building or property disciplines.
- Possess a high level of technical property operations expertise in trade or building services.
- Display a sound knowledge of building and operational property management regulations.
- Experience working with a retailer or landlord in store delivery.
- Ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Computer skills, including, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Outlook & Word.
- Ability to problem solve issues for other team members where appropriate in an inclusive and collaborative manner.
- Be action oriented and focused on priorities and activities which drive results and positive outcomes.
