House Maintenance

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Pure Support Maintenance.

As a Pure Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and support to clients based on their individual needs.
- Perform minor repairs related to building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, gardening,electrical, and painting tasks as necessary.
- Implement preventative maintenance measures to ensure facilities remain in good working condition.
- Conduct inspections of offices and laboratories alongside the Maintenance Manager to identify any issues.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, notifying the appropriate personnel and following established safety protocols.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Carry out other maintenance duties as requested.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a support or care role is preferred but not required.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare and support services is an advantage.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required.
