If you have excellent communication skills and can build rapport quickly, this may be the role for you. Wilson Security is looking for a unique Client Services Manager (CSM) who can liaise and maintain relationships with current clients, successfully develop new relationships, and bring in new clients. Together with your CSM duties, you will support the client with your site and operational management experience.

**The role**:

- Management of a portfolio of clients
- Maintain WA Security Licence currency - essential
- Maintain and build on client and employee relationships
- Providing innovative services to clients and continually improving security services
- Management of contractual obligations including meeting KPIs, reporting and meetings

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Experience in a multi-site operational environment relating to the Security Industry
- Experience in analysing and cost control over a multi-site operation
- Experience in a leadership & client management role
- Experience in delegation, project management and managing deadlines
- Demonstrated evidence of facilitating clear communication and direction to staff at all levels
- Strong time management skills developed through involvement in multi-site, multi-tasking operations environment
- Demonstrated competence in situation analysis and decision making
- Detailed understanding of rostering, cost analysis, and resource control
- Experience in performance management over multi-site, mutli-discipline business units
- A thorough understanding of the basic principles of human resource management
- Advanced levels of computer literacy

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar Client / Account Management role in the security industry
- Proven ability to delivery high levels services
- WA Security License
- WA Drivers licence
