Car Workshop Manager in Truganina

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily workshop operations, including job scheduling, workflow management, and staff coordination.
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure all repair and service work is performed to high standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Manage parts ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor job costing, labor efficiency, and workshop profitability.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workshop environment.
- Report to senior management with performance updates and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** in a Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or similar supervisory role in the automotive industry.
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage costs, improve productivity, and maintain high service standards.
- Familiarity with workshop management software (advantageous).
- Valid Australian Driver's License.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
