- Can be fully REMOTE based anywhere in Australia or hybrid working if you prefer if there is an OMD office where you live
- Reporting to the Client Service Lead
- Work with NSW Government clients

**Your day to day**:
Reporting to the Client Service Lead, you manage the end-to-end delivery of briefs assigned to you with Performance with Integrity. You will need to ensure the completion of tasks within the provided SLA.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management to ensure that all assigned briefs are responded to and implemented with the media efficiently and accurately.
- Quality control response to the brief, media placement, and invoicing.
- Ownership of campaign management, including delivery of brief requirements and administration relating to the campaign process externally with the client and the media and internally within the team and finance.
- Ensure the production of the campaign creative material is briefed to Studio and delivered to the client for approval on time and to the media for placement by the material deadline.
- Ensuring all financial commitments to media are effectively monitored and managed for each of your campaigns.
- Be consistent in the delivery of work at the highest standard.

Who are you?
- You have 2+ years of media buying experience, predominantly print media
- NSW metropolitan and regional markets.
- Are someone with high levels of attention to detail and organisation
- You possess a solid understanding of media buying
- Are a team player who is enthusiastic about continuing learning and using their initiative
- Have a positive attitude and cope well with pressure
- Able to work under pressure, with high workloads and short timeframes (4-hour turnaround)
