**The Role**

Ventia is a leading Infrastructures Service provider supporting Australia’s Defence Force. We are currently on the lookout for two Triage Analysts based in our East Perth office. The roles will assist with the day-to-day operations of our Defence Base Services Contract and are full-time permanent positions.

**Duties / Responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Work closely with the Triage Lead to deliver cost savings to the business by reviewing requests for infrastructure maintenance.
- Learn the contract intimately and guide others on its intricacies
- Interact with Internal and Defence stakeholders and assist in improving processes to benefit them
- Perform basic data analysis using SQL (training is provided)

**Requirements**:

- You must be an Australian citizen and be able to obtain a national police clearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Strong ability to learn
- Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of attention to detail
- An ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple operational managers and support function representatives as well as a high-profile client
