**Job description**

**Skills**

As primary marketing cloud administrator supporting the business function, we are looking for someone that has experience as follows.
- At least **2 to 3 years’ experience** in managing a **SFCC and SFMC (Sales Force Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud) instance in a BAU capacity**, covering operational support, continuous improvement, platform health and maintenance activities.
- Maintain and document marketing cloud configuration and operational processes
- Ability to support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales/Service cloud
- Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to articulate a concept to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with design and appropriate use of data extensions
- Working knowledge of **AmpScript, and ideally JavaScript/HTML/CSS**:

- Experience/Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, specifically campaigns and how these are managed across the Marketing and CRM platforms.
- Mulesoft and Vlocity skills are good to have.
