**About the role**

Redcape Hotel Group is currently seeking a passionate and caring hospitality professional to join one of a number of Gaming Leadership Teams within the Macarthur / South West Sydney Area. You would assist the Venue Manager to successfully lead & operate the Hotel's Gaming Room in a hands-on role that combines both FOH and BOH duties.

**Duties, Expectations and Responsibilities**

Supporting the Venue Manager with day-to-day gaming operational requirements, your main responsibilities will include;
- Leading a team of gaming staff as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with your Hotel's operating hours.
