We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the finance team at one of Melbourne’s most reputable utilities companies.

With proven finance background you will be a motivated individual who can work independently. Payrate will be based on experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process requisitions, purchase orders and receipts for purchases accurately and timely
- Provide support on payment queries
- Knowledge of ERP’s or experience using JDE
- Understanding of chart of accounts - Business units and cost codes etc

**You will have**:

- Experience in using software’s such as KNACK, JDE and KOFOX
- Basic Microsoft Excel
- Background in finance and administration
- Ability to work autonomously

**You will be rewarded with**:
