The GTM Channel team at Siteimprove plays a critical role in shaping and activating our go-to-market strategy through our partner ecosystem. You will have an exciting opportunity to build mind share and adoption of Siteimprove with key Digital Agency and SI partners specializing across many of the following categories: CMS, DXP, Customer Experience, Commerce, and Marketing Automation. Proficiency in the Martech ecosystem and a track record in building successful long-term channel or alliance partnerships is expected.

**What you will be doing**:

- Oversee all aspects of the channel engagement lifecycle for your partners, including partner & market analysis, recruitment, value alignment, commercial development, GTM planning, field activation, enablement and overall partner care
- Ability to identify and develop mutual growth, influence partner investment, and improve partner experiences resulting in measurable impact to Siteimprove’s target objectives
- Maintain bias towards architecting mutual value through exploration and innovation with partners
- Operate in a highly collaborative and cross functional environment, working closely with Partner Marketing, Sales, Global Operations and Customer Success.

**What we require of you**:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a channel sales, strategic alliances or business development role
- Exceptional verbal, presentation and written skills, with the ability to influence strategic direction and partner investment
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to Executives and non-technical team members in Sales and Marketing
- Strategic Thinker, with the ability to navigate complex and matrixed organizations
- Solution Oriented Strategist, with the ability to establish early baseline objectives and measure impact and results of performance
