Essential Duties:

- Create lasting experiences for our customers with the purpose of improving their day with excellent service
- Engage and work well with your team and customers alike
- Fast service across all-rounder tasks with the ability to have fun while working hard
- Live our culture of health

Individual Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 year’s previous experience in a cafe all-rounder and/or food service position
- Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
- Must be a quick learner, who enjoys and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
- Experience and Interest in health and nutrition is essential

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $46,131.83 - $74,713.86 per year
