Essential Duties

Strong leadership qualities and a desire for a career in management
Create lasting experiences for our customers with the purpose of improving their day with excellent service
Engage and work well with your team and customers alike to become a valued team member
Fast service across all-rounder tasks with the ability to have fun while working hard
Live our culture of health

Individual Requirements

Must have a minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a cafe all rounder position
Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
Must be a quick learner, who enjoys and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
Experience and Interest in health and nutrition is essential

**Job Type**: Part-time
