This successful manufacturing business has seen significant commercial change recently and is now positioned to build and integrate enterprise-wide talent solutions that align with objectives and lead the business through this next era of development.

The Talent Lead is a new position reporting to the CHRO and, while initially having a core focus on Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, will also be responsible for developing broader talent management and development initiatives and leading their integration across the business.

You will:

- Develop and integrate a talent framework across the multiple business units
- initially focussing on areas including talent attraction and talent assessment of their white-collar workforce
- Implement broader talent objectives to support longer-term business goals including succession planning, workforce planning, capability development and linking to performance
- Lead a refreshed view of talent and work collaboratively with a diverse business to build interesting and aligned objectives

This is an autonomous role providing you the opportunity to create and deliver impactful people-focussed initiatives across a diverse business. You will be working closely with the CHRO and collaboratively with the wider HR team and senior stakeholders across the business to drive engagement and deliver positive, long-term outcomes.

We will be looking for:

- Previous core focus on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment and the desire to broaden into a broader talent role
- Familiarity working in a diverse and complex business and the ability to develop practical solutions within a commercially oriented organisation
- Strong systems experience and specifically in optimising the HRIS for employee experience across the employee lifecycle

Please note that this role will involve travel to multiple sites in Melbourne and interstate.

This is a hybrid working environment with a combination of remote and office-based work. This role can be based in either Dandenong South or Reservoir.
