**What We Do**

We manage the energy of your electric vehicle. How it gets to your premises, how it is provided to the EV and how it is consumed. With the 4th industrial revolution upon us, we connect IoT devices through intelligent systems to better manage your energy.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate delivery of software and hardware development projects for the company’s product portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal and external groups, suppliers and other organisations as part of the delivery of the software/hardware system, including focus on integration and test activities.
- Coordinate projects to meet product requirements, schedule, quality targets and budget.
- Co-ordinate the activities of the cross-functional teams associated with the design projects.
- Promote and cultivate team spirit and culture across the global team built on open communication, collaboration, teamwork, trust and integrity.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Development roadmaps for project with CTO and CXO
- Project reporting
- Leading scrum sessions
- Coordinating communications
- Coordinate with the engineering teams

**Report to**

This role will directly report to the CXO/CINO

**Required Skills**:

- You should have strong stakeholder and people management skills with project coordinating experience in a dynamic and agile software development environment.
- Project coodinating experience ideally from a new product development environment and experience of product development life cycles.
- You will also have experience coordinating complex, large-scale software solutions.
- Proven ability with management of complex program scheduling, financial and resource management and deliverable management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and drive a strategic agenda.
- High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Process and people focused.
