**The Role**

We are currently looking for a Fraud Data Intelligence Analyst to join our team

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to acquire process and analyse data to support Tactical and Strategi c intelligence in a timely manner and in an appropriate format. You will use your blend of business, data & technical skills to analyse data and consolidate insights across the F&I value chain

This role would suit someone who is an expert in data analysis and visualisation technical skills including the use of reporting and analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau or similar.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Measure and evaluate core operational data and service performance to identify process improvement opportunities and efficiencies that drive innovation in support of fraud intelligence and risk processes.
- Delivery of high-quality reporting as requested and directed by Senior Management.
- Analyse and interpret fraud rule performance results.
- Take steps to create efficiencies, reduce costs and improve cycle times
- Provide insight in the detection of problems and assist in the provision of data driven intelligence led solutions and strategies.
- Develop collaborative information and knowledge sharing networks and build alliances with colleagues and counterparts.
- Adopt behaviour and work methods in response to new information, changing conditions or unexpected obstacles.
- Adjust rapidly to new situations warranting attention and resolution. Be open to change and new information.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong knowledge of and experience working within a Data Analysis or Data Science role.
- Expert Reporting, Analysis and Visualisation technical skills including the use of reporting and analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau or similar.
- Effectively uses technical capabilities to monitor and evaluate data.
- Advanced ability to interpret operational indicators and business process changes to clearly communicate the impacts into insights and an engaging narrative.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Statistics/Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
