**The Role**
The Workplace Services Administrator assists the Workplace Services Officer by enhancing the employee and end user experience by delivering a high level of administrative and operational support.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Monitor and maintain ABN Facilities inbox
- Assist with car park enquiries and co-ordination of internal client bookings
- Manage new staff induction processes as required
- Stock and inventory management
- Mailroom operations including outgoing and incoming mail distribution
- Assist with the booking of courier services
- Assist Social Club and Marketing teams for event set-up
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation of ABN Leederville headquarters
- Create and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers

- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Customer-centric mindset and genuine desire to deliver an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisation, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, meet tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High standard of personal presentation
- Good computer and administrative skills
