With booming demand from our national marketing campaigns, we need energetic _Appointment Setters_ to convert inbound Facebook and Google leads into clinic bookings.

**The Role**
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them with confidence and empathy toward a life-changing consultation. No cold calling - these leads are already _interested_. Your job? Book them in.

**You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Calling warm inbound leads from our CRM within minutes of enquiry
- Using a proven script to build trust and secure bookings
- Overcoming emotional objections with empathy and confidence
- Hitting daily and weekly appointment KPIs
- Working alongside a high-performance team in our Bowen Hills HQ

- Is confident, well-spoken and persuasive

- Can think on their feet and handle “I need to speak to my partner”-style objections

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $33.38 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
