**About us**

At Thai Village Massage and Spa, operating under the business name Grand Pearl Pty Ltd, we are dedicated to promoting wellness and alleviating distress from illness and aging. We specialize in offering clients professional remedial massage, aiming to enhance the performance of targeted muscle groups and aid in the recovery from fatigue and existing injuries.

With over 10 years of experience in the business of Traditional Thai Massage, we are a rapidly growing yet well-established entity. To further strengthen our team, we are seeking a dedicated Full-time Shop Manager to join our professional and friendly team in Bowral, NSW.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage outside appointment bookings which include traveling, security, POS systems, equipment storage & maintenance.
- Maintain shop cleanliness, manage expenses, maximize profit, and create a positive environment for both client and employees.
- Maintain inventory and monitor records of the range and mix of products, stock levels and service standards.
- Be knowledgeable on the different services offer; relax massage, oil massage, sport injure treatment.
- Perform massage and treatments for clients.
- Develop and administer payroll, roster record procedures on a weekly basis.
- Review and revise treatment reservations daily to maximize revenue.
- Active participation in the shop recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training process.
- Assist owner to promote the business and service.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

**Essential Requirement**
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

**Benefits**
- Annual salary $70,000
