**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage goods, receipt and dispatch accurately.
- Pack small sales orders and arrange transport.
- Use computer systems for inventory management and order processing (about 50% of the role).
- Perform general store work, assist customers, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Safely operate a forklift to move and stack materials.
- Conduct regular stock counts, assist in stock orders, and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety through housekeeping duties.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Valid forklift licence and experience.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management software.
- Previous experience in goods handling, packing, and dispatch.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
