**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of contents against purchase orders and invoices.
- Inspect and appropriately store products in designated areas to ensure optimal organisation and accessibility.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and assist in conducting periodic stock audits.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the store area clean, tidy, and hazard-free, following all safety guidelines.
- Operate forklifts or other equipment to move and stack goods as necessary.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and provide exceptional service when required.
- Contribute to the overall team effort by performing other tasks as assigned by the store manager.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
- Physical capability to lift and move moderately heavy objects.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a storage/warehouse setting.
- Forklift licence is a must.
- Ability to work unlimited hours.
