**Now Hiring** | We are searching for an Assistant Manager for this busy, exciting luxury retailer in Harbour Town, Gold Coast. This American Fashion House is well known across the Globe. This is a great chance to work for an international retailer We are searching for a true people leader, someone who lives and breathes fashion and styling.

**Role description**

As an Assistant Store Manager you will bring your enthusiasm and passion to this role, where you will be responsible for working alongside our dynamic Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base in a fast-paced DFO Outlet store at Harbour Town, Gold Coast.

As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer service
- Team management
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Stock Management

**What are we looking for?**

Having at least a 1 years previous experience in supervising a team of at least 10-15, in a bustling retail or service environment, is preferred. You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
