**Description & Requirements**:

- Zenviron are currently seeking a highly motivated HSE Administrator to join our team on a maternity leave contract, based in the Newcastle office.

The role will see you reporting into the HSEQ Manager and will support our operations teams and provide a high level of customer services to our stakeholders both internal and external to our business.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Data Entry (eg, maintaining registers)
- Providing support to the HSEQ site team
- Responsible for the review and maintain subcontractor project onboarding for Personnel, P&E and HSE Documents
- Communicating with Subcontractors
- Preparing documents and archiving
- Generating weekly and monthly reports.
- General administration duties

What you will bring:

- Clear and engaging communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent written skills and a confident user of MS Office Suite
- Driven commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Proof of right to work in Australia

To be successful in this role, you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement. Through utilising your time management skills, you will have the ability to manage multiple aspects of work concurrently, and for this we offer an attractive remuneration package.
