**Description & Requirements**:

- Zenviron are currently seeking a highly motivated HSE Administrator to join our team on a maternity leave contract, based in the Newcastle office.

The role will see you reporting into the HSEQ Manager and will support our operations teams and provide a high level of customer services to our stakeholders both internal and external to our business.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Data Entry (eg, maintaining registers)
- Providing support to the HSEQ site team
- Responsible for the review and maintain subcontractor project onboarding for Personnel, P&E and HSE Documents
- Communicating with Subcontractors
- Preparing documents and archiving
- Generating weekly and monthly reports.
- General administration duties

What you will bring:

- Clear and engaging communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Excellent written skills and a confident user of MS Office Suite
- Driven commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Proof of right to work in Australia
