Cosmetic Shop Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic **Assistant Store Manager** to join our growing team at La Cosmetique westpoint blacktown. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting customers, maintaining high grooming standards, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve store sales targets and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock, maintain displays, and ensure cleanliness.
- Support promotions and events.
- Track sales and communicate results daily.
- Oversee all daily store operations.
- Handle inventory management and restock orders.
- Set up and maintain displays; manage testers.
- Manage petty cash & banking (twice a week).
- Oversee customer service management.
- Conduct team training and development.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and thief report management.
- Manage lateness reporting and corrective actions.

- Previous retail experience preferred.
work days Monday to Friday 9 to 6pm
Pay: $63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
