Exposure to front office investment management and private wealth clients- Important role in supporting distribution and clients- Opportunity for career development and growth in investment management
To provide support to Head of Private Wealth, Regional Manager QLD, WA and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to ensure we provide the highest level of service to our clients.

- Provision of a superior level of support to the Head of Private Wealth, Regional Manager QLD, WA and KAMs- High quality management of client requests- Quality analysis and management of information- Plan, coordinate, book and record (via CRM) all activities for Head of Private Wealth/RM/KAMs, including appointments, seminars etc- Provide client service to external stakeholders, including advisers, key contacts, and clients (which includes the communication of fund performance, stocks and general market economics)- Manage and analyse information including funds flow, approved lists, and reports which identify sales opportunities- Provide detailed analysis on Perpetual products and our competitors- Prepare presentations- Plan and coordinate client functions- Manage projects - including assistance with completion of state plans, state-based initiatives within dealer groups and sponsorship requests.
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications (FINSIA, DFP)- Degree qualification desirable- RG146 desirable- CIMA or equivalent strongly preferred- Minimum 3 years financial services experience preferred- Sound understanding of Funds management industry including investment management- Technical investment/market knowledge across multiple asset classes highly regarded- Intermediate skills in Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Ability to drive technical investment interaction to enhance sales opportunities- Demonstrated effective time management skills- Superior organisational skills.
