**About the team**:
Property looks after one of Australia's most dynamic portfolios. Coles Group has over 2,500 retail locations around Australia—and we're growing every day. Our team manages every one of these locations. And we work side-by-side with our business units on all things property, from site acquisition through to asset management.

A rare opportunity as National Industrial Manager has arisen within our passionate and resilient Capital Transactions and Property Development team. This team are at the forefront of driving cutting edge never been done before complex and hugely rewarding projects for Coles, and you get to be part of it

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Capital Transactions and Property Development, you’ll be empowered to maximise shareholder return, develop industrial strategy, and implement.

**You'll also**:

- Identify and negotiate lease agreements for Distribution and Customers Fulfilment Centres
- Create bespoke agreements for lease to ensure the best commercial position for the business
- Manage distribution centre lease agreements
- Drive internal communication and deliver presentations to key stakeholders
- Manage third party agents and suppliers to meet the network strategy implementation.

**About you and your skills**:
A brilliant negotiator, you’re a strategic thinker and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll need 10+ years commercial experience in a transactional focused role coming from a legal, financial, property negotiation or property valuation background.

**You'll also need**:

- Leadership and management capability for a team of internal and external resources
- Experience co-ordinating due diligence preparation and review
- Industrial knowledge with an understanding of property development and valuation principles
- Comfort working with ambiguity and constant change.
