Associate Manager, Client Engagement | Perth CBD | $80,000 - $85,000 base + sales bonus

**Your new role**
As an Associate Manager, Client Engagement you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of clients including existing, historical and target organisations and you will develop deep knowledge of your portfolio including mapping the organisational structure, technical requirements and both current and future projects for each client.

You will regularly meet new and existing clients face to face and attend and organise relevant networking and profile building events. You will have a strong ability to identify leads and new business development opportunities, converting them into new business and driving growth.

You will also be responsible for managing individuals and team performance by communicating expectations, monitoring objectives and providing direct staff mentoring. You will effectively manage the ongoing training and professional development of your team as well as driving operational excellence through strong management and coaching.

**What you'll need to succeed**
The right person for this role will already have had a successful career in recruitment and be experienced in business development and client management. Your previous recruitment experience will ensure you are adept with presenting to clients, a strong negotiator and able to effectively consult with and manage client expectations.

You will also have strong leadership and coaching skills and be able to demonstrate your success in developing others to reach their potential and your genuine passion for accelerating careers.
