You will collaboratively provide a high level of support and assistance to both staff and students as required. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Responsible for management of the College IT service desk including triaging, resolving, and if necessary, escalation of issues - Diagnose and resolve ICT incidents and issues within a timely manner - Contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services - Provide technical advice regarding ICT hardware and software / services - Assist with preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and the onboarding / offboarding of staff and students - Monitor compliant usage of student devices - Ensuring compliance with Brisbane Catholic Education guidelines To be eligible to be considered for this role you will: - Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement - Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment - Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
